I just Love Breakfast.. I tried to make a new Granola with Quinoa! So here you have the recipe if you wanna try it.. Its really really good!! Mix half a bag of Quinoa, 2 tablespoons of oatmeal, chopped almonds, coconut flakes & some chia seeds into a bowl with 1-2 tablespoons of Agave syrup. (you can mix in whatever you like). Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Smooth out the granola on some bakingpaper on the bakingplate. 20 mins in 170 degrees & mess it around, every 5 minute:-) There you go, now let it cool. When its chilled pour into a jar with a lid :-)



YUM! The Quinoa Granola!


I wanted to try to make some superfood, I tasted in London. Chia seed chocolate pudding!      This is what I used.. 140 g unsweetened almond milk (you can also use coconut, I will try that next time) 30 g Chia seed, 3 tablespoons raw cacao powder (or less), 1 tablespoon of Agave syrup & a dash of salt.

Mix everything together and pour into a large glass jar with a lid. Stir again. Refrigerate until very thick and pudding like overnight or at least 4 hours, stirring occasionally.                                  I topped my superfood chia pudding with fresh strawberries & coconut flakes!

Everything was super easy & quick! Next time I will try a bit less chocolate & maybe mix in vanilla & coconut..:-)
